Menus are released two weeks in advance, so you’ll always see what’s coming. You’ll receive a weekly email with the upcoming menu so you can plan ahead.
When selecting 3, 4, or 5 meals per week, you’ll choose your preferred delivery days. Those become your set delivery days, and the meals scheduled for those days will be delivered accordingly.

Yes. You can pause, modify, or cancel your membership anytime. There are no contracts, no penalties, and no long-term commitments.
